Hamra Str is a fun display Arabic typeface meant for use in headlines and display settings. The Thin weight can also be used for short runs of text. Hamra Str is named after the famed street in Beirut, Lebanon and its various weights are bound together by loose design commonalities, rather than the usual weight variations. The design is inspired by the eclectic nature of the real life Hamra Street and brings to Arabic type an informal and contemporary flavour.
