The name Bloomberg requires no introduction so when the news site came to the Middle East, I was asked to work with the team to create a custom typeface as well as to adapt the logo type into Arabic. The word Asharq was adapted so as to carry the same visual language at the Latin one and the Arabic mark was then used in a variety of design applications.
